YOU HEARD ME.

STOP WHAT YOURE DOING,

PUT DOWN THE PHONE,

AND MOVE.


Shake your hands, lift them, lower them.

Bop your head around- left, right, up, down.

Roll your shoulders.

Twist your hips, circle them left and right.

Bend and extend your knees.

Step in and out, alternating feet.

Roll your ankles.

Rock from your toes to your heels and back.

Bounce up and down.

Hop around.

Do a jumping jack.

There are no rules…. except to move!

And to have fun doing it. :)
