Sip & Stretch February

Join me at Bier Brewery in Noblesville for an all-levels gentle yoga flow. We will start at 10am and be wrapped up by location opening at 11am. When we're done, stick around to mingle while enjoying the delicious sips and snacks that Bier has to offer. You will receive (1) beverage ticket upon check in. 

This offering is accessible to all levels. Please bring your own mat, one will not be provided for you. Event will be rain or shine, if weather is severe we will notify you by email of cancellation and you will be refunded. During the colder weather, we will be inside until the patio is fully enclosed.
